This is a polymer modified primer used to improve the bond between new and old concrete surfaces.

Bindersur 29 is water based liquid has high adhesion characteristics . Bindersur 29 will fill all the small pores on the surface of the old concrete and forms an excellent bond with the newly placed concrete.

Bindersur 29 has water proof characteristics therefore prevents the penetration of water and consequently it will stop the loss of water from newly placed concrete mortar.
