METOREL COLORED RELEASE AGENT is a liquid hydrophobic material used to prevent the textured flexible stamped concrete mats from sticking to surface of the concrete and facilitating their easy release .

 

The correct time for application is when the concrete is still plastic . A practical method for deciding the correct time is by pushing a finger thumb into the concrete, and if no change occurs in shape of the imprint or the hole and does not fill with water then apply the release agent. Stir METOREL S10 well before using it. Brush it on the surface of the flexible mats.The excess is removed (if there is still bleeding water on the surface then it may be necessary to spray some on the surface of the concrete as well to prevent it from sticking the mats) and start stamping operation. The release agent is preferred in windy weathers. Average coverage minimum (30-60 gr/m2) depending on the conditions of the concrete surface.It’s used on textured concrete surface only.

 It is necessary to apply METOREL S10 on concrete to prevent the surface from sticking to the stamping tools.

 

When the concrete hardens leave for at least 24-48 hours according to the weather conditions and temperature, then wash with pressurized water. Apply clear sealing agent . It is advisable to seal the color permanently.

 

 Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact to skin because it may cause irritation to both. In the event of contact with eyes or skin wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. It’s advisable for workers to wear masks and Hand gloves. Caution KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.
