Product description

A solvent free, chemical resistant, 2 pack water washable epoxy pointing grout for industrial floor and wall tiles. Can also be used as an adhesive to bond and bed tiles.

Fields of application

*Used for the pointing of industrial ceramic tiles in a variety of applications.

*Can also be used as an adhesive under adverse conditions.

*Ideal for floor and wall installations for the dairy, food and beverage industries, breweries, bottling plants, sugar refineries, commercial kitchens, pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, laboratories, swimming pools, sewage and water treatment plants.

Tile fixing

For 1mm thickness; Approximately 1.7 Kg/m²

The actual coverage depends on the type of surface to be applied.

Tile grouting

This will depend upon the size, joint width and depth and the grout coverage figure, which for EPOJOINT is 1.7

Use the following to estimate the approximate grout requirements.

1. ADD length and breadth of tile together .(All measurements in mm)

2. MULTIPLY result by joint width.

3. MULTIPLY result by joint depth.

4. MULTIPLY result by Coverage figure (1.7)

5. DIVIDE result by length of tile.

6. DIVIDE result by width of tile.

The result is the material requirement in kg per sq metre.

Example: Tiles 150mm x 200mm x 6mm x joint of 10mm

This average consumption , it depends on the experience of the applying team of worker, the type

of laid ceramic and weather conditions.
