Product preparation:
*Add slowly one bag of(20kg) POLYDOL into 6.5-7.50 liters of clean water or tap water in the mixing container, the water proportion depends on the weather condition, mix until homogenous mixture is obtained
*stir it well preferably with the aid of mixer ( use a converted drill to mix).
*Wait for about 5 minutes then mix again and start application.
Application:
* Grouting operation after placing the ceramic tiles can start after,(24 hours for wall) and (48 hours for floor) tiles
*Apply into the joints of the ceramic tiles with the aid of a spatula.
*wait until the mortar hardens a little bit then dampen the surface with a damp cloth or sponge.
*Make any necessary corrections to the joint filler and fill any holes if present or remove excess material from the sides of the joint.
*do not polish the surface of the ceramic tile until the filler has hardened and dried completely.
*Polydol will not scratch the surface of the tile.
* Do not reuse any mortar by remixing with water.
*In outdoor application the applied area must be protected from sun light for at least 24 hours.
