Polystick, cementitious ceramic tile adhesive is a ready to use . It is a dry mixture containing cement, aggregate very special chemical additives. It is used as an adhesive for ceramic tile, marble and porcelain tiles, suitable for wet areas. It has high adhesion qualities . Can be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

POLYSTICK FLEXY
Cementitious ceramic tile adhesive .Ready to use by mixing the powder with water. Can be used on horizontal and vertical surfaces especially suitable for wet areas.
Product preparation:
*Add slowly one bag of(25kg) POLYSTICK into 6.5-8 liters or ( 25-22 %)pbw clean water or tap water in the mixing container, the water proportion depends on the weather condition,
*stir it well preferably with the aid of mixer ( use a converted drill to mix).
*Wait for 8-10 minutes then mix again and start application.
Application:
*Apply on clean surface free of dust, oil, dirt, paint etc. Sand away any rough surfaces and level it .
*Spread thin layer of mortar with the aid of different notched trowel according to the type of tile used and thickness of mortar needed.
*Place the tiles carefully on the mortar and complete this operation within 15-20min otherwise the mortar will have to be scraped off the substrate. Any correction in the position of the tiles must be done during this period. (the quick and easy method to decide whether or not the mortar must be scraped off or not is by pressing your fingers on the applied surface if no mortar sticks to the fingers then it will not stick to the tile either and must be scraped off the surface and fresh mortar prepared)
* Do not reuse any mortar by remixing with water.
* Grouting of the tiles can start after, 24 hours for wall tiles 48 hours for floor tiles
*In outdoor application the applied area must be protected from sun light for at least 24 hours.
PACKAGING : 25 kg craft bags
STORAGE :
5 bags can be stacked on top of each other in dry, non humid area , Can be store for 6-8 months.

In case of cotact with eyes or skin wash thoroughly with water. Keep away from children.
