| Prepare and Place a well designed concrete mix according to internationally accepted standards for industrial purposes
between the leveled forms carefully. The slump of the concrete should be kept uniform.

Place and level the surface of the concrete. Screeding with vibrating float at least two times, is necessary and vital. Preferably float with wood or magnesium bull float, to get a better surface just before spreading floor hardener. |

| When bleed water disappears from the surface and the concrete is firm enough so that a person's weight on it makes no more than 1-2 cm imprint, Metop surface hardener is spread evenly by sprinkling it and using a squeegee. |

When Metop surface hardener darkens and is saturated with the moisture from the concrete then the second surface floating operations can begin. The remaining METOP surface hardener is spread on the surface and as soon as the surface hardener darkens from moisture then it is mechanically floated again. Afterwards use power finishing blades until hard and shiny surface without trowel marks is obtained. |

| Apply METOCURE curing agent short time after finishing last floating and the disappearance of bleed water from the surface of the concrete. METOCURE minimizes rapid evaporation of water and consequently results in higher strength concrete. |

Concrete slab should be saw-cut to create control joints theretore reduce cracks in non-expected areas.
It is advisable to perform this operation within 36 hours after concrete placement.

| Fill the dry and damp free saw-cut joints with rigid type epoxy and/or Polyurethane joints fillers such as FILLEREX or POLYFILLER. The finished surface can be opened to light traffic within 7 days. It must be kept in mind that the concrete will reach it's final strength in 28 days. METOP hardeners are designed to give maximum physical strength and maximum abrasion resistance to industrial floors.
